Today is a really BIG day! I finally started my LAMESHA blog! Woohoo! 

Here I will be sharing with you my infinite love for DANCE and FITNESS, posting clips from my classes and teaching you my unique program, including new movements and tricks, (unless you want to visit one of the classes that I’m currently teaching in your neighborhood).
