30 Day Challenge
On August 25th I started a 30-day challenge with one of my students, a celebrity chef Penny.
During these 30 days Penny will be following the dance/fitness routine that I have created for her and together we’ll be monitoring the results in terms of Penny’s weight loss, muscle mass and overall well-being.
