About Me

I’m just a girl from Texas living in L.A. doing the damn thing.  Growing up I was a very shy kid and I viewed the world as a scary place.  My mother said that I would come alive when I heard some good music on the radio. Momma stated that I would stand up to start singing and dancing. She was definitely in awe of her little two year old daughter. My earliest dance memory was age six; where I would dance in the front yard, minding my own business.  I would practice dance moves that I had seen on popular music videos. When I was ten I performed in my very first school talent show and won.  I danced to a Michael Jackson song and the school kids were so amazed. I felt like I was in another world on that stage and that nothing could affect my energy. At age twelve I started taking dance classes at the Boys & Girls Club of America and soon began seeing the world in a different light.  Dance allowed me to express myself and build confidence.

Being an athlete also helped shape who I am today.  I was a MVP Volleyball player,  Dance Team Captain and All-State Track Star. I accomplished it all while winning Academic All-Star, Honor Roll and National Honor Society.

My passion for dance is what brought me to Los Angeles.  I performed at the American Music Awards, MTV Movie Awards, Academy Awards Promo, Ellen Degeneres Show and more. I have choreographed television shows for NBC and national commercials. My love for dance, expertise in training and teaching master classes has taken me to places I’ve never dreamed, such as the Ukraine, Thailand, Japan and cities all over the United States. I am currently The USA Elite Judge for Hip Hop International (HHI), an organization that unites countries through the world of dance.

My goal as a dancer and athlete was to push myself past my comfortability.  Now as a Teacher and Performance Coach, I want to push you past your comfortability so that you can experience your full potential.
